Built for Ontario paralegal practices

Confidential court-date lookups for Ontario paralegals.

Upload a ticket number and three letters of the last name — that's it. CourtCaseLookup pulls the court date, payable amount, and a verification of the current status, so your team stops phoning courthouses one ticket at a time.

No client names, no addresses, no DOBs — we hold the minimum data possible. How that works →

Confidentiality is the whole point.

CourtCaseLookup is deliberately built to hold the minimum data needed to do its job. Your client list, their personal details, your case notes — those never come near our servers. We look up court information based on a ticket number and three letters of a last name, return what we find, and that's it.

A practical court-date lookup service for busy legal reps

Your team needs dependable court information — not another generic dashboard, and definitely not another place to hold client data. CourtCaseLookup does one thing well: it looks up Ontario POA ticket information and shows you what it found.

Bring your caseload in three ways

Upload an Excel file, paste rows straight from a spreadsheet, or type tickets one at a time. We accept the columns you already use — icon, ticket, name, and an optional reference for your own records.

One-click status checks

Run a status check on a few selected tickets or your whole list. We pull the latest court date, time, room, location, case status, payable amount, and a verification of the current status — all in one place.

Stays organized as you work

Tag rows with one of four colors, leave optional notes per ticket, archive completed matters, and export to Excel with separate Court Date, Time, and Room columns whenever you need a snapshot.

What's new

Recent additions, built around the small things that quietly waste time

Everything below is shipped and live. They came from paralegals telling us where they were losing minutes — or worse, missing a filing window.

NEEDS FILING flags

When the court site is still showing the option to file a Trial or Early Resolution request online, that ticket gets a row pill so you don't miss the window. The flag clears automatically once a scheduled event is booked.

Court-date change emails

After every status check, you get a summary email showing each ticket whose court date moved — old date and new date side by side — plus any new tickets eligible for filing this run.

Daily and weekly digests

A weekday morning email listing today's court appearances, plus a Monday digest of everything coming up that week. Configurable per user from the profile page.

Bulk select with live counter

Tick rows and the toolbar shows "N selected" in real time. Run a status check, apply a color tag, or archive multiple matters in one click without losing your current sort or filter.

Auditable comments

Optional per-ticket notes — great for pasting your own file or matter ID so the value round-trips into every export. Every edit is logged with who changed what and when, for legal defensibility.

Two-factor sign-in

Every login prompts for a one-time email code before the dashboard appears. Password alone is never enough to reach client data — the second factor is on by default for every account.

Frequently asked

Questions paralegals usually ask first

What client information do you actually store?
Only what's needed to run a search: the ticket number, the icon code, the first three letters of the last name or business name, the offence date, and the verification capture the system takes at lookup time. No phone numbers, no addresses, no dates of birth. If you don't give it to us, we don't have it.
Is this a CRM or case-management tool?
No — deliberately. It's a court-date lookup service. We don't message your clients, store retainer agreements, or do anything outside of finding court information for the tickets you give us. That focus is what lets us keep the data we hold to a minimum.
How fast can I get started?
A few minutes. Create an account, paste or upload a list of ticket numbers and three-letter identifiers, and run searches. New accounts start with 10 free credits so you can try it on real tickets before paying.
Do credits expire?
Each plan has a 30-day validity window. Credits within an active plan can be used at any time during that window.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel a subscription from your billing page at any time. Any remaining credits in the current plan stay usable until the plan window ends.
